What is Non emergency transportation?
Non-emergency transportation takes care of the transfer of immobile people in wheelchairs and stretchers usually between healthcare facilties but also between any public or private setting.

Anyone can use ONE Transportation no matter the situation.
what are your hours?
We book our calls during our normal business hours (8am-midnight), but we transfer patients 24 hours, 7 days a week based on our availbility.

What patient information is needed to book a transfer?
To book a transfer, we need to know the patients weight to know what equpiment will be needed and how many attendants to send out.
We will also ask if the patient requires oxygen (can be provided during transfer).
If there is a DNR present, we will honor it.

Are family members allowed to come in the vehicle with the patient?
Family members are allowed and encouraged to come along with the ride. Please let our office know ahead of the trip to ensure that there will be room.

Being a local, small, family-owned company, our wait times are usually very small. We pride ourselves in the fact that we communicate with you throughout the entire experience.
How much does a transfer cost?
We can assure you that we are the most affordable patient transfer company around. Transportation costs vary by patient and transport distance. MANY TRANSFERS ARE COVERED BY THE HOSPITAL. What happens if a patient has a medical emergency on-board?
If the patient has a medical emergency during the transport, we re-route to the nearest E.R and call emergency services for more guidance. Our drivers are prepared to change course immediately.
What are your driver Qualifications?
We ensure our drivers have a clean driving record and we host a vigorous background check.
